Daewoo Engine Swap

It was really a great help from u guyz. ive decided to go for the swap.
Now ive two options,
one is to go for the qabli engine (the vendor is giving me waranty of 1 month).

The other option is wat testdriver did with his engine.

one thing i wnna ask is that, is 1 month time enough to get the idea abt the engine condition.

Hey guys I thought there was the 1.5 dohc version available where did you guys saw the 1.6 dohc
anyway the 1.6 is just the bored out model of the 1.5 block so no problems putting the engine but the thing to remember is that the 1.5 dohc parts are easly available in the market but i have doubts whether 1.6 parts are avaialble

I have confirmed from a reliable source that there is no A16SMS and A16DMS engine available in the market. Now these days only Optra has A16DMS...

Assalam o alaikum dear. Really impressed with your valuable sujjestions.i have got Daewoo ceilo for last 3 years.i want to swap engine since I got it overhauled once and it's cam shaft got broken twice.now water level reducing frequently and gets heat up.
Two excellent features of my Daewoo are clutch plate is outstanding secondly gear is outclass.i want valuable sujjestion how to get engine replaced.since I belong to ajk and mechanic of Daewoo engine not available in Kashmir.
My requirement is low budget and fuel economical engine.any model and type of suzuki or Toyota company engine is preferred.

Hello all, my father has one of these and he is reluctant to sell it. We are facing problem with it nowadays as it won't start sometimes, especially when in need. Mechanics say it's something to do with fuel injection system. I am thinking to change engine on it, what options you guys recon as you guys have discuss it good decade ago. Do we have any other upgraded options?
You can judge my knowledge about the engine (I am sorry). Just annoyed paying mechanic on weekly basis.
