It is running fine n smooth, giving a lot of information which at the moment neither do I can understand nor I m willing to do so (owing to the excitement . need help from daewoo experts and lovers...need to install compressor in my woo...in last season i spent more than 8000.but useless.no results found...plzzz help me regarding to this problem....plz share ur experiences about this problem.

Dear Zeeshan i also face this problem last year.
i spend 8500/- in which sandan 2nd hand compressor (KABLI)
Two pipes,Compressor foundation, Gas charging and labour.
The machnic give the 6 month warenty but after one month the compressor faulty but he did not claim.
One piston was broken in the compressor.

Now i suggest to all Car user not use (KABLI) compressor.
now i am planing to install new sandan compressor.

I also faced same problem with the genuine compressor and on diff timings i spend about Rs10K, but all useless.
At last i bought new sanden compressor 507 model of Rs 6K last year and since then its working fine. Even in this season no service was required with the Grace of Allah.

testdriver has also installed the sanden compressor in his car. Sanden exerts very less load on engine as comapre to its genuine compressor.

Some also recommend kabli one but i opted for new one.

I purchased the compressor from the wholesale dealer from main market at Safanwala chowk Lahore. Actually it was dealer and not a retail shop.

I dont have the phone no of the dealer otherwise i wuld have mentioned the current cost.

i want to buy a daewoo car can you please give me suggestion that is this a reliable car because i used to travel out of the town some times to multan,lahore,peshawar do these places have machanics of daewoo racer i already have experience with daewoo racer but i haven't gone to far but that car in local was aewsome and i sold that car but now i really need a good car which can travel on long routes with out any trouble please suggest and i have also heard that the computer of this car is not reliable is it so please do help me out i am scare first when i buy that daewoo racer i didn't ask anyone but i do want this car every body is saying that its not a good car there is shortage of mechanics and its not reliable on long routes because you don't find any mechanics of it please you people suggests as you people have spend a lot of time with your woo's

lemme remind u that daewoo actually came in pakistan in yellow cab scheme, dat means it was meant to travel on long routes, still u can find a lot of daewooZ at airports these cars run from karachi to khyber to drop passesngers, I have personally seen daewooZ in the far flung areas like swat, dir, malakand and even in gilgit, pick up the newspaper and u ll see that after toyota honda and suzuki most of the ads will be of daewoo even more than hyundai, nissan and mitsubishi!!

and yes testdriver is right, once u get out of big cities u won't find a mechanic for Corolla even!!

An update to the petrol consumption issue.

1. I thought I had removed the air blockage for CNG but later found that another plug was fitted at the mouth of the in-take. But then after removing that the car wouldn't run on CNG. The kit installed is a Landi-Renzo basic non-EFI CNG kit, with just a regulator and pipe going in the throttle body (no emulator etc.). I tried changing timing through distributor but that didn't make much difference. So I had to put the blockage on for it to run on CNG.

2. I still haven't done the ECM diagnostics step but did try to get the ECM reset by removing a fuse for a couple seconds (mechanic suggested, I went to him to do this but he insisted on removing the fuse), but consumption was still high. But here's my question, does Petrol consumption immediately improve or does it take time? Someone told me that after conversion from CNG (on which you drove for a long time) to Petrol the car would consume more Petrol for a brief while until the valves (or some other parts) position themselves relative to Petrol?

1. If you have removed the blockage, you need to readjust the mixture from the regulator (Opening the T few threads) until the RPMs are stable again. If the mixture is not accurate, timing adjustment won't make any difference. Can you tell me how the CNG installer controlled the injector, as the injector should not operate while on CNG, since no emulator is installed.

2. Once ECM self learns the parameters, it retain it's status until it is reset again. The ECM can retain it's volatile data for at-least 10 seconds after disconnecting power, so once you take out the fuse and/or remove the negative battery terminal, wait for at-least 20 seconds to be on safe side. If someone told you regarding the "resetting again", then I think CNG installer has disconnected the main ECM wire during operation on CNG. If you are facing similar issue, ask your CNG installer to reconnect the wire back, and instead disconnect the injector main wire (the red one) during operation on CNG. ECM will readjust the petrol average after continuously running for about 30 minutes. Also don't forget to get the CO value checked before running.

obviously, more weight + incline = more consumption

Still it is good that you have noted the existing CO readings, try decreasing the CO value unless the idling is rough. Then slightly increase the CO value until the idling is stable. After going through this process, you can get optimum petrol average.

from a week or so my car runs good for about 30mins, car behaves in a strange way i press the accelerator and car starts roaring but does'nt go anywhere and after 2-3 seconds it suddenly gains power, mostly we see this kind of behavior wen cng setting is not appropriate but in my case car do this on petrol even, and the strange thing is that car runs absolutely fine for the first half an hour, is it due to MAP sensor??

Does CEL appear when the problem occur? It seems that the fueling is improper, the fuel pump might be a culprit that looses it's efficiency when hot.

no CEL does,t appear on the dial, and i have checked the ECM, it only shows 12,12,12!!
