Yes for.that change belt after 30k km to be on safe side .....and adjust tension with water pump。....check belt for cracks or.missing tooth on every oil change

This is fresh air intake normally sealed by our genius jugadi mechanics when actuator is faulty (that latu type thing along close and open the flap)

There is a water deflector on top of this which is very fragile specially with heat and sun it crack, local mechanic call it "Paaaper" it should be available for 100 to 200 rupees. I repaired mine with magic depoxi and spray paited.

If it breaks often you will have to replace the garari i.e the timing wheel gear IN ADDITION TO belt.

Might be its thermal resistor is blown up for different speeds that are not working!

Resistors not operational either someone bypassed it to make the jugar working of speed through relays and those are faulty or resistors have the moisture and rusted or it is completely fried out no solution for that other then changing it but usually you can make it work by spraying some WD40 or 7CF on to remove the moisture from it and it should work again 90% of the time

Turn of your car and switch off ignition switch . Open bonnet. Locate 4 wire jack see picture.dont remove jack. Attach a wire from battery positive. Connect that wire to violet wire of jack fan will run on full speed. Now attch that wire one by one with following wires of jack . Yellow,White-green, and white-blue fan should run at different speeds. If you have multimeter then remove jack from that blower resister. And check resistance of three lower terminals with uper terminal(where violet wire attaches) at blower resistor ( fixed in firewall with two screws.)

If fan runs at all points of jack it means blower resistor is ok. Then you can check fan control knob. I doubt you have faulty knob because speed 4( full speed) bypass blower resistor . you can repair that rotary knob. Just open and clean internal points with sand paper ,refit and verify with multimeter. If your knob has 4 terminals then it will not show continuity at one position out of four steps with terminal marked as 'G' . Good thing about daewoo is you can open nearly all switches and repair them. I have repaired blower rotary knob. Lighting master switch. Climate control switch and hazard lamp switch.

I will recommend everyone keep / make a test lamp . It will help you mostly every where if you dont have DMM and at some points more reliable due to its loading effect( meter shows voltage but at load they damp and you think every thing is fine but this will not happen with test lamp). . With test lamp you can check : positive supply . Negative supply. To avoid short circuit. To trigger relays and other things. To test alternator and its terminals . And much more .

Car lost power every few second and finally stopped. Had the oil in water bottle so decided to open the engine and change the gaskit which might have burnt when engine overheated few months ago due to battery acid broke the radiator fan.

Questions
1. Daweoo OHC TBI engine cylinder head bolt are TTY or non TTY how to differentiate?
2. All bolts loose but any idea to remove the camshaft do I need to remove the camshaft pully from the cover?
3. Inlet Manifold removal need the Trottle body or not. Broken loose all the nuts but things are sticking on gaskits so determining the best way to crack them loose without damaging the engine

Price of all 10 head bolts if anyone have idea ?

If stopped it mean you have severe condition. I had mine with oil in water and drove it upto 800 kms then it stopped .
1) TTY but mechanics dont replace them.
2) remove complete head holding from inlet and exhaust manyfolds. Dont remove throttle body. Just remove pipes of water. Petrol. Vaccume etc . Let inlet attached to head it will serve as handle to hold and lift . Same goes to exhaust just remove two bolts of silencer .

I can guide you with every step. But don't just replace head gaskit. Beacuse mostly heads get warped so take it to machinest and check its surface from both sides ( remember both sides of head) otherwise you will have to suffer a new situation of broken camshaft. Also you have good oppertunity to check and service valves by machinest. Service hydraulic lifters. Verify rings . Do it as soon as possible otherwise engine overhaull...

Daewoo head bolts are non tty ....just torque them evenly in correct sequence

I see this in manual "bolts which are angle tightened must be renewed whenever they are disturbed" further it is also mentioned in procedure

But mechanics and myself have been using them 4th time ,🤣
