yesterday i went for Wheel Alignment and my cars bubbling problem is solved, he aligned the tyres and balance the tyres too,
but the smoke problem is still continued

what would be the problem.

1. I think the mechanic didn't put helper rings and there is a little blow. Better wait for some days so that the rings are properly seated and if still the problem is there, contact your mechanic.

2. Check your battery, if it's okay, check the charging system.

i will check for more days and then still i got the problem will definetly go to mechanic

secondly the battery is only 1 and 1/2 month onld and generator is also working fine.

i want to know that my woo's engine is in fine condition wants to change head to give more power would it be fine, i saw yr woo(cielo) i was just ebhind yr woo but could not catch you i have woo(cielo) gunmatelic colour you might have seen F-11

Although head swap is just bolt on job, but remember that you have to remake the block internals otherwise you will end up in a problem.

Besides that, you need complete ECM + Wiring for the DOHC engine else the engine won't perform well. Although alteration in the existing wiring is also possible but then still you need to change the ECM.

If you need to upgrade to DOHC head, better buy a complete kabli engine and transfer parts to your engine. (The old parts dealer will rip you off if you buy just the head parts, telling you that the remaining parts are garbage for him)

salam to all , i wanna share that my daewoo gave 235 km per cylinder of 10 Kg on long route, now after tunning of CNG and complete cleaning its kit , it gives 261 Km on long route without AC.i am using BEDINI kit. give me comments is it good or should more mileage,

good day everyone! im also a fanatic of daewoo, recently i bought a 2nd hand racer. guys, my woo runs only at 5km/ltr, is it normal? i have read your previous threads and i learned that other woo runs at 15km/ltr? could you pls help me what to do to make my RACER fuel efficient? tnx in advance!

I keep my speed not over 100 km /h , if i used 100 to 130 than definately it gives less mileage than 260, i purchased my racer in 2007 and BEDINI kit was aleady installed, but mojority of mechanics do not recommend for this kit and rare mechanics dare to put hand in this kit for tunning or repairing, so i suggest you to depend only on Landiranzo kit.

how to stop vibrations of interior ? usually pops up from idle to rollin .... rpm are gud enough, but still it shakes very badly...... any solution .....

(y) Excellent mileage. IMO the CNG regulator has minimal or no effect on mileage since it decrease the high CNG pressure to Atmospheric pressure and nothing else. The things that play major role in good mileage are:

1. Engine Tuning + CNG settings
2. CNG + compression quality + amount
3. CNG filling temperature
4. Vehicle load
5. Driving habits

Does your car show the Check Engine Light (Or black smoke)? If yes, get it scanned as at-least one of the sensor needs replacement. If it's all fine then do the following:

If your car is equipped with O2 sensor, get the sensor replaced. If it has CO, it needs adjustment.

For vibrations:

1. Make sure that the engine + gear box foundations are in perfect shape.

2. Get the clutch setup checked by any mechanic for problems.

For rattle:

1. Get the dashboard screws tightened every 6 months.

2. Adhere a carpet piece in the glove box to control any type of rattle.

3. Make sure there isn't any loose part in the interior + engine bay.

thank you so much for your reply,my car doesn't show the check engine sign. it emits black smoke everytime i press on the gas pedal.we don't have any shops here in the philippines who have scanner for daewoo. can you please show me where can i find the O2 sensor on my engine bay, so that i will check it on my own? thank's for helping me!!
