thanks for suggestion, actually pehly masla tha fan bilkul nahi chalta tha , recently electrion nay khol kar safai waghaira ki hai ab fan chalta hai aur speed bhi achi hai, but non stop drive jo kam az kam aik hour ki ho us men chaltay chaltay ruk jata hai but car ko brake laga don to dobara chal parta hai, agar wire garam honay ka masla ho to brake laganay kay baad fan kiyon start ho jata hai halankay siraf brake lagata hon engine on hi rehta hai, any way electrion ko to check karwa hi longa lekin men nay isi liyey discuss kia shaid kisi daewoo owner nay yeh masla face kia how to woh actual problem bata sakta hai ,

my racer was also facing same problem, so i completely tuned my CNG(Complete CNG Kit with Cylinder cleaning) and Petrol than problem was solved. tell me r u facing problem with both CNG and Petrol , or only on CNG,

and is it necessary to get fuel tank out to replace it or it can be reached from back seats of racer ?

Daewoo's blower is actually heavy on load and for that reason, there are four separate relays for each blower speed. Still there are problems of fuse melting and wire heat ups after running the blower for a long time. There are chances that the fuse has been melt but the contacts are intact, when you press the brake, there is a little vibration, causing the fuse contact established again.

Petrol or CNG? If it is ok on Petrol, just CNG settings are needed. If the problem exists on Petrol then it is better to get for a complete scan for diagnosing the problem. Please contact @4433107 (Mr. Athar)

No, fuel tanks need not to be taken out, just tilt the rear seat and you will see a circular cavity covered by a black plastic sheet

I don't have idea if any one in Lahore has that scanner that's why I mentioned the above number. If the check engine light is appearing, at least one sensor is faulty. A thorough scan will help in diagnosis.
Here are few things that you can check yourself:

Unplug all the plug wires. Take one of the plug wire closer to earth (earth should not be touched) and crank-up the engine. There should be a spark traveling towards the earth. Check individual cable to check any fault related to ignition system. If there is no spark, unplug the main plug wire from main coil side and again crank-up the engine. If there is spark, the coil is fine.
Get the plug gap checked.
Get the timing analyzed by timing gun. If it is retard, the engine will delay in starting
If there is any computerized tuning center like Enercon, get your car analyzed by them.

well guys i m new in pw , mean been visiting this site but joined recently, anywayz, i need some advices from all daewoo racer owners, i have one as well 93 daewoo racer, i have insatalled original splitfire HID, INTAKE , EXHAUST WITH DOWN PIPING, INDIGLOW TACHOMETER OF AUTOGAUGE, AND BLACK MATTE COLOR PAPER ON THE 80% EXTERIOR AND WHITE STRIPS ON THE CENTER, AND IN SOUND SYSTEM, I HAVE KENWOOD MP4033 PRE, KENWOOD ORIGINAL 718 ONE PAIR, PIONEER 1200 12'' BASSTUBE AND CALIBER V12 3800 WATTS AMP, I HOPE U LIKE IT, SOON I WILL UPLOAD SOME PICS.

aur ap timing ko khud he ste ker sakte ho mechanic k pass jane ki zaroorat nai hai

aur feul pump wale sahib ap santro ka fuel pump use karoo bada fit chalta hai 8 ya 900 ka mile gaaur daewoo ka 1400 ka hai decide
