i have a problem in this weather either it is not cold enough but my ride is not starting in mornings.

some one suggested me that change a cutout near sulf, your problem will be solved.

Dear Test Driver

I am in Sargodha. I have Daewoo Ceilo and need your kind advice. On starting RPM advances to 3000 and take time to stable to 900 RPM. I have checked TPS sensor and its working fine. I doubted electronic choke is taking more time to stabiize RPM (10 seconds). I donot know how to fix it. Secondly I donot have grip for VSS sensor although sensor is installed in car thats why ECU check light comes on while wheels starts moving. Kindly advice me what to do???

The problem seems relevant to VSS issue. First re-wire the VSS. Here is the wiring diagram.

actually i didnt have started my car on petrol since two months and now i have filled about 15 liters of petrol and it does not start so what could be the problem??
2ndly i have installed relay to the radiator fan , and when i remove that fuse fan just stop working... what to do now ???
and could u plzz define which r those thermostate valves??

1. Check if the pump is running or not. Simply turn the ignition switch to 'ON' position and listen to humming sound (that come for around 3 seconds). If no sound is coming, check for the
   a. Fuel pump wiring connector
   b. Fuel pump relay
   c. ECM fuse, if there is no ECM light while ignition is at 'ON' and engine is not started.

2. Get the fuel pump pressure checked. If it is not upto the mark, get the fuel filter checked and replaced if necessary. If still the pressure is not fine, replace the fuel pump.

3. Check for injector blue wire if connected. Usually CNG conversion centres cut the wire to avoid mixing of CNG and petrol. If the wire is not connected, connect it to the CNG switch's petrol white wire.

4. If the problem still exist, analyze the fuel for presence of water. If water is present, better get the fuel tank cleaned from inside, and put fresh petrol(since the petrol that came out of tank is useless).

Starter is not picking up or what? OR the engine is able to crank and not starting?
For the first part, get the following checked:
a. Charging system (Alternator)
b. Battery
c. Starter Motor

For the later part, problem is on CNG or Petrol? If the problem is on CNG only, get the CNG setting re-done. If on petrol, there might be problem with the fuel pump pressure.

Alternator is working because CNG is tuned on alternator and the cng indicator is connected to that and working fine.

i will go to battery shop for checkup, if the batery is ok then must go to point c

1. Automatic gear can installed in Cielo but for that you need
   a. TCM (Transmission Control Module)
   b. Wiring for Automatic gear
   c. Gear lever + console
   d. Tachometer with Automatic gear indication

It should cost around Rs.15K + installation.

Dear, my woo does not have good pickup on CNG; means it's pick up does not look like a 150 cc car. As for as pick up is concerned in city, I feel like riding a khota gaari. On motorway full accelator gives maximum 130Km speed? on petrol i have not checked its full speed.

Mechanics have told me that kit is not fine. They have suggested that i should install a Landi renzo regulator. What is your opinion?.
Further, recently i have got corolla brake serva for better brakes but still car drags on right side on emergency brakes.

2. Which regulator you have installed?
3. Is there any kind of gas leakage/smell from the kit?
4. Has the timing being advanced for CNG? (There should be audible knocking in the engine while on Petrol)
5. What type of plugs has been installed and what are the gaps?

As far as brake is concerned, convert the diagonal piping system(that originally came in daewoo recers) to the straight piping (like Corolla etc.).

Cover those two extra holes, block upto half of intake pipe opening by tape and then check the performance.

Kia baat hai, 12Km average :o. Its like a dream for me :'(.
I visited your advised CNG station at SadiqAbad, but they were busy at that time and could not check my car :S, so now i will viist them again in my next RWP visit .

How do u feel about its pick up on CNG and what is it max speed on gas.

wesay aaj kal pick itni achi nahi hai shaid is waja say kay meri car ka mobiloil change honay kay qareeb hai , mobiloil change karwa kar aur tunning karwa kar check karonga ,
is cng station par may be ab woh mechanic ho ya na ho ,
once i was facing problem on Cng , it was high rpm but dead pick. Ghani CNG station's mechanic couldnt solve my problem so Mian Khan Daewoo specialist solved my problem, he made my cng pick like petrol's pick.

i went on 160km/h speed on cng on motorway without AC , Remember a well maintained daewoo has ability to go 160 plus easily on CNG,
