But it took about 11-12 mins to start without AC and then 2-3 mins. Runs for nearly 20 secs and off, starts again in 2-3 mins. Initially, takes 11-12 mins. Speed seems ok to me. I did check the oil in gauge after parking the whole night more than 10 hrs I reckon. I have filled 2 litre in it, gonna drive 100-200 kms and check again if its consuming. What I don't understand is, silencer doesn't throw any kind of smoke but water. Removing oil lid after the car is operational for 5 mins or more, white smoke comes out. Last night, driven about 18 kms on AC, roads were clear as of late night, kept my hand on the bonnet, was NORMAL. but when I came back to home, just 4 kms from the area I checked the bonnet for over heating, it was hot. Perhaps, it becomes more hot on idle and congested areas. I drive really slow in my area due to bad condition of roads.

it should not take 10 mins -5 min is MAX and thats fine if it runs about 2-3 min than stops but after stopping it will not take another 10-12 mins actually for next turn what happen is when you car gets warm the temperature sensor sends signals to ecu to run the Fan fan runs and when the temperature goes down it stop that's why its stopping in 2-3 mins can you please tell me what average your car is giving right now with AC and without A/C ? it will become hot if your A/C is not Turn on in the Congested area as when A/C is off your Car Fan works on the temperature as you said your car fan without AC is taking 10 mins which is too much when you drive in congested area do you keep your ac on? or its off?

I still have to check on the average. I assume 14-15km/litre on AC. My mechanic suggested me to replace the radiator. He told to get a double naali wala radiator. The oil is burning that is why the oil lid throws smoke and consumes oil. So, yes, it is over heating. Haven't driven much without AC yet..

After studying some car overheating issues on the internet, I have come to these solutions :
1. Keep an eye on the heat gauge, if the car starts to overheat then turn the HEATER to full. As the heater coil sucks engine heat , so this might help you to lower the engine temperature.
2. Always keep/use distilled water with coolant in your car. Tap water may cause rust and eventually cause the car internal pipes to the engine to not function anymore.

Cause of the problem(for your car) : 1.Faulty water pump or thermostat issue. 2.Leaked/Rusted radiator.
3.Last thing, if your car is overheating that doesn't always mean that it lacks water. Sometimes low engine oil in the car may cause overheating . So make sure to check engine oil ,when the engine is cold.

I always use coolant along with mineral water in my cars. I noticed my car is consuming coolant too. Besides, white smoke comes from oil lid, not from silencer. Is it the radiator issue? Or gas kit leaked?

Well my car used to consume coolant too but after getting it checked from the showroom the mechanics up there told me that my baleno heater coil was leaked , also some pipes connected to the engine were also leaking from their corners.

But to me it looks like that the white smoke emerging from the oil lid is due to bad gasket and that bad gasket might also be causing your coolant level to decrease.
So you should visit a good mechanic ASAP

I have just bought a new kabuli radiator

Will get it fixed tomorrow and see if the issue resolves. If it still occurs,my next check up is gasket.
