I wish you had seen my message earlier when I asked you to guide me where exactly it was. Anyways, thanks for your input! My problem is resolved already, I found a guy eventually who unlocked it for me as I mentioned in my post earlier.

SOLVED!

I found a guy whose name is Arif (03002262848) and available on Khalid Bin Walid Road where the audio/accessories market is. Here is the <a href='https://www.google.com/maps/place/24%C2%B052'38.1%22N+67%C2%B003'32.5%22E/@24.87726,67.05902,19z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x0'>google map link to find his place. He charged me Rs. 1000.0 to unlock the device by taking out the device and keeping it with him for couple of hours. I hope anyone having the same issue will find this reply helpful.
