Can you please elaborate the AC issue like is it tripping, not giving adequate cooling etc?

Assalam o Alaikum !!! I am facing an issue with my Move these days ... Thrice in past two weeks I locked the car, went for work / shopping, came back and tried unlocking the car ... But it didn't work ... I kept pressing the door button and key button to unlock the car but nothing happened ... I used the manual key to unlock the car and immediately the car alarm went off ... I closed the doors , waited for alarm to turn off and after some 5 mins I tried the remote lock / unlock again and it worked ... now I am not sure if this is car remote battery issue, car battery issue or something entirely different ... Can any one please help me out in this matter ...

My two cents, this may not be the primary issue, but it did happen to me many times: The car remote works almost at the same frequency as the cellphones in Pakistan. So if you put it closely to the phone (like in same pocket of jeans, or hold both in one hand together), they interfere with each other, and neither of the things work. Hence the car doesn't pick up the remote's security pings, even if it is near to it or inside the cabin too. Same thing happens if both devices are too close inside car too, like putting them together in arm rest box. My car starts giving alarm beeps of remote absence even in the middle of drive too, if I put them close. See if this is the case with you. As I said, it might not be the major issue but it does occur.

Hello People
I am very keen towards buying Daihatsu Move Custom RS hyper very soon. since coming from a PKDM car, I am not fully aware of tons of features, sensors that comes along with it (like lane assistance, collision avoidance etc).

I need a little help about what to look for while buying it and how can i know all the features, sensors are working properly.

Plus any trustable source of importing(quotation) or buying it through reputable bargain. Would really appreciate if the experts (preferable same car owners) can guide.

General idea about what to look for in a JDM car while dealing with the seller

Dealers are cleverer than you on all fronts. Best option is to take along some friend who knows JDM cars.

Things you cannot check:
- If car is accidented
- If mileage meter is reversed
- If engine is damaged

Things you can check, but with experience:
- Car's economy/average
- Drive comfort
- Car's pick, especially in fully loaded condition (4 people, with AC)
- Car's tyre state
- A limited chance to get auction sheet verified from Japan

Rest is all hit and trial, or your luck. Your best shot is to find a friend who has experienced a JDM.

issue is this k jb car ki race do toh ac ki cooling bht taiz hojti h wsy ac sae se km nhi krta

if the car is in D and stopped the AC kinda stops cooling
this is a feature in move probably to prevent any chances of overheating

you can put car in N to resume adequate cooling

This is how every 660cc works. It is part of system optimization to switch off AC in non-moving state. If you want AC to run, press race to raise RPM in standing state.

a general question for all move owners , at what speed do u generally drive ur move , and what average it gives at that speed , I drive mine at 60-90 km , and it gives me 20-21 km/l, the acceleration is a bit slow though, model is limited x 2013

For most optimum drive, you just need to focus on the green Eco light. It is configured to guide you about the best race pedal position at any speed. While accelerating, it will not be ON, but on a constant speed, just check when the light comes on. Press the pedal only as much that the light keeps On. That will be your most fuel-economic state. Speed doesn't matter if you follow the light.

Plz note: I am talking about ECO light, not ECO IDLE light. Both have different purposes.
