Dashboard opened

I took apart the dashboard of my 96 civic to replace the foam in the air vent controller box. It was a royal pain in the ***. I did it all by myself. It took two complete days. One day to remove the dash and replace the foam and the second day to fix everything back together.

Fortunately I had the service manual at hand so everything went smoothly, except for a 10mm bolt that held the dash right at the base of the windscreen. It could only be removed with a T-bar socket wrench, which I didn't have. It took me half a day to get hold of that wrench so I could remove the dash.

yar just gare start hote ha or head light ki aik wire ha jo k body sy short krta hu then on hote hain, r gas kit switch ko under bonnet connect kia hua ha ,r alternator (light signal) wire ko coil ke positive k sath attach kia ha (A)

bhai baqi wires bhi nikal lain aur zaroorat parne pe connect kar liya karein. turn signals ke baghair chalana dangerous hai.

For that you ideally should use a 1/4 inch drive tool kit.

fire wall carpet ki jaga ... use a thin rubber sheet.. then use 1in thick foam which has one side covered in aluminium foil..... and then normal carpet.. to cover it all up...

double kar k samad bond lagae ha aaj ,Sunday ko cutting etc karunga

bht dil karta ha apni charade ka dash board khol k sab saaf safae karon par kabi himat nh hoe.....aur ab ap ki ya mehnat deekh k to himat bilkul he khatm ho gae ha...its a tough job.......im never gonna do it

its even easier on a charade. Make sure you have a small toolkit, not 1/2 inch drive heavy items.

ab himmat khatam hogae ha laiken .workshop sy kaam nae karwana last time dash board khulwaya tha,but aik bhe part theek nahe lagya machanic ny,{{{(jab dashboard khola tab pata chala)
air leak hote ha har duct joint sy

as your dash is opened now a days so its a great oppurtunity to get it insulated.
dynamats are expensive so go for diamond jumbolon.it will reduce noises and will also guard the heat

its better to buy a kabuli dash khyber's dashboard is easily available ur dashboard is not in good condition....

ya kia darama ha ac ke pcb ke wires q cut hoe we hain ?r pcb ke wiring ka aik bhe jack laga hua nae ha sab open hain .

Lala g, lo ab dash board to fit kar lia ha almost .speed o meter+top cover ma kuch modifications karne hain.
