guys I booked my City prosmatec 1.3 on 2nd Feb and my tentative delivery date is 31 July. is there any chance/way I can get it early?

No chance unless you have a very strong contact inside Honda.

I read in other forum thar you booked this from hbl and they took time for issuance of DO. why they took 15days. and how much you pay for registration ?

Staff at HBL is very lazy and incompetent, and their head office is in Karachi which actually processes everything and issue relevant documents. The car has to be registered through the dealer and DO is not issued until the car is registered, and if you want a special number then you have to just wait. Registration is about 35K and dealer adds another 4K as their fee.

What was your TDD when you booked the car? Did they change the TDD later?

the didnt gave the tdd because when i booked the car they said facelift model is coming and u will get delivery in 3 months time after the launch.now they r asking for own money otherwise wait till 31 october

i asked them to cancel my booking and return my money they said if u cancel now then u will get ur money back in 30 to 40 days.dont know what to do now i m very disappointed

I asked Honda dealers the same question before booking my car. They explained that as the payment (return) is made by crossed cheque, it takes about 1 to 1.5 months time. That is likely to be the usual time they take to refund your money. If you stick with the booking, you will get your car anyway. Yes it hurts to wait for a longer period of time but you are not alone. Cheer up.

but this is not the way to deal with customers they have only one ans if u ask them about delivery of car that is give own money

May be they check your temptation level If they realize they cannot force you to pay own money and you have enough patience, they will stop bothering you with this damn own money. And as far as their way to deal with customers is concerned, in this country there is no business or work ethics. We are all in it together as a nation. We do our jobs to earn pay cheques, never concerned about the honesty and love for work. There is nothing with the name of job satisfaction in our minds. We are proud of the fact "kaam kuch nahi tankhwa itni ziada". Dealers are the same dear friend.
