For 45k you're getting pretty much similar specs, including webcam & one year local warranty. The only difference is that it doesn't have VISTA but i'm not interested in it as i'll be using Windows 7.

So my offer is 42k considering it doesn't have local warranty & technically it's used. You can keep the VISTA DVD & DELL bag i don't need them. If you're interested contact me, i'll pick it up tonight.
