This is not true.
Practical Fuel consumption of Deluxe is still below 33KM which is even less than a CG-125 Classic. You'll have to be a slow as hell driver to achieve 40KM/liter from Deluxe.

Heck if you drive a CG-125 Classic at same speeds, it'll have a better Fuel Average.

I have also Deluxe 2011 it give me 40Km/Ltr when i drive rwp to isb on hi-way (with 80-90Km/hr), and 37Km/Ltr (+-1Km/Ltr) in rwp city with a lot of traffic jam, with full tank of 12ltr it give me 470km (avg of 39km/ltr).

Bro Atlas honda ne humein (dealers) ko invite kiya hay Sheikhupura plant visit karne ke liye on thursday 22nd of December.
Main sari bikes ki making videos b banaon ga, or tum sab friends ke liye post karon ga...is ke ilawa hamari management se b bat honi hay, maine DLX ki top speed, rpm issue, bikes ka weight kam hona, quality reduction issue pe bat karni hay production head say...CG me vibration problem discus karni hay....CD100 ki top speed barhane ka kehna hay unhe...CD70 is OK i think isliye nothing about that.... 70 ? and Euro 2 ? 70 emissions are so low I think it already complieas for EURO III stardards bhai sahab!

as far as I can prdicct nothing wil be upgraded or even changed in CG powerplus deluxe except stickers and color ... lolzzz

Well if you compare CG-125 Classic with

Expensive Spare Parts for it, eats more Fuel than Classic (Carb can't be adjusted and you'll have to drive carefully to achieve 30km/liter from it). Do i need to mention the After Sales value?

I have deluxe 2011 model , 6 months old , 6000 km done , i always get 40 to 42 km/l in Lahore city ( i have not yet driven on main highways, only driven on rushy roads ) and whether i drive rough or calmly , i always get above 40km/l milage.

pick is awesome , you will feel it on first three gears , average for mine 2011 deluxe is above 40 always , not got a chance to drive it on empty road , but tried upto 95 and the road ended , there was still plenty of throttle unused in my hand.
