My suggestion is to to leave it as such.
You can improve mater slightly. Get a bit of heavy duty compound and go over the scratch that has dirt in it. This will smooth out the scraped line and not attract dirt as much as now. From a distance it will not be as obvious as now. Another option could be to look for a door garnish from Ali Express or your auto stores that will be decorative and also hide the dent.

Sure you can but then you will need to repaint.
