please revise your demand as it is way too high as compared to brand new.
who will buy a used phone even without warranty for 39K if one can get brand new phone without any logo with 12 months warranty at doorstep for 40K.

unless that orange logo gives us 3 wishes when we rub it, i cannot seem to make any sense of the demand of he OP :S

So let me answer that one in advance. I DONT intend to buy it (not at that price atleast) but i want to make sure that any potential buyer would know that for 1k more he can get a brand new phone with warranty.
