What is the current situation at DHA Valley? Is it good enough to invest in these days? I heard the development of DHA valley started and prices will also increase soon. is that right?

So far Valley is very slow but property gurus predict that it will jump in near future. lets C.

It is on installments. 2.5 lakhs file and then installments. total price 11 lakhs.

Bahria is also slow now a days. Malik sahab's attention is on Karachi
why dont you check Gulberg or commoners??
If u want to invest in Bahria then Phase-8 & Phase 8 extension is th option.

i heard that dha is going to give possession in december 2015. And prices have started to increase... a corner plot in bluebell costs 17-18lac.

is this true or just another hype? also there is an on-going issue between dha and cda (with some sectors like Z(ena?)) that this zameen was for a dam so where is it leading to...
