Seems like a pressure reduction tactic by Malik Riaz to reduce the heat he is getting from Valley victims, Supreme Court and NAB. As such, even Bahria's own development work in ISB/RWP is progressing at snail's pace so shifting from Valley to Bahria is questionable.

Question remains unanswered about how they will settle the disparity of pricing of equivalent sized Valley and Bahria plots.

seems to me new scam! credibility of both are gone. secondly they'll adjust only 3k plots in phase 8, and it'll be via balloting. what for the remaining affectes of valley.

I did can the DHA helpline and they said that work on DHA valley has started but if you want immediate possession of plot then you can transfer your put to bahria

So what's the call on this: Is it worthwhile applying for move to BTK/Ph-8 or to just stay put?

if a person can wait for years for getting poccesson in DHA Valley, can not he wait for 2 more month as they said in the ad ? He does not need to switch over to Bahria, in my view.

any body applied for shifting in BTK or phase 8? and procedure? any additional charges etc?

From what ive asked around, very few people have opted for the move. Which makes sense cause its a gamble not knowing the alternate location (where in btk or ph8) and also with no cost estimate shared either.

Its a nice marketing to increase market value of BTK and DHA Valley both by putting them n Phase 8 as equal
