Rightly said, even I have learnt from many members, in fact , we all always learn from one another every second, but making fun of others / enjoying the scenario, and respect for others are different things.
At many occasions, Tintin1 Sb. Has also made fun of himself by his own posts and actions, but still, he had the guts to face criticism of all, even knowing that he is at mistake(s).
I know how 80 series discussion was a constant source of entertainment for some members, but khaaeer, janay daitay hain. Log Tintin ki posts enjoy b karein, and Tintin ka mazaak b urayein, either publicly or secretly, it doesn't seem fair.
I am personally of the opinion that if posts are flagged, the person against which such flags are raised should be warned, may be time and again, and the posts be immediately deleted. It is less painful than the situation in which a member is there on one day, and they very next day, he / she is no more there, with all posts hidden. To me, hiding of posts seems more torturous.
A member may only be banned, if he / she creates serious issues, or becomes pain the a** and is highly intolerable (like a member had been there last year, and got banned due to his illogical and irrelevant posts in almost every thread).
