Diesel Pajero cold starting issue

Cost was around 6k, changed only few parts..

what was replaced in the pump service?

Rotor and one delivery value changed, No 1 cly value was broken.. all other parts were in perfect condition.

You got a new high pressure head and a new delivery valve under Rs 6000/-??????????????

how? the high pressure head alone costs nearly 100 USD.

He used the 2nd hand ones, I went there with a reference of @gtir, when i went there to pick my ride he said, to keep the cost low i have installed the used ones....
Its working fine for me.

Today I drove the Jero for about 35 km and no vibration (missing) observed. Dont know one day its ok and the next day it is not ok.

Today I changed the Battery and observed something very dangerous behind the battery. See the pics and please tell me what is this leakage. Seems like diesel is being leaked. Please suggest: @xulfiqar @capsat @libra @mitsu_man @jehanzebnasir

That leak is the pump top hat leaking. Requires New sealing O ring replaced, which also translates to pump top disassembly. While at it make sure the LDA works. btw this leak can cause your misfiring and also hard start as the pump loses prime and air is sucked in causing foam in the diesel fuel (foam does not make pressure - liquid does)

Clean the pump and check for the leak.

btw what area are you trying to grease with waterproof grease?

Thanx for the help. Can this leakage also contribute to high fuel consumption? BTW is this o ring inside pump assembly? What is LDA?

Sir suspension joint steering assembly as choon choon sound coming and I do not want to get diesel sprayed below on every service this destroys all rubber parts

After changing the battery, starting has improved much. So, one culprit found and sent to hell.

Salim Pumpwala, in garden, you can ask anyone there, he is quite famous... he fixes pumps nationwide.

if you find salim diesel pump wala good, then you will be literally amazed at the work that the old DPS did. The problem I found will literally all small diesel pump shops in Karachi was they did not know the importance of the LDA, break pressure, internal pump pressure, hydraulic advance, speed limiter etc. For them they just make a pump move and hand it over.

Anyone can make a pump work 80%, it takes three times the skill and proper literature to get it 100%.

20W-50 is a problem in winters mechanics here think that it is best oil.

A friend recommended Cepsa 15W/40 turbo diesel high performance engine oil for Pajero. Please suggest about it. A reference picture is as under:
