I have also made a simple project which gives 100% accurate information and I am using it for last 3 months. Thanks to Asif Rasool who gave this idea on pkawheels. In my project, no ics and mobile displays are used. Will post details and pics tomorrow inshallah.

made this a couple of weeks back, its a digital speedo and altimeter taking its data from gps, have made e-compass also will be putting all these modules together on a bigger better glcd with data logging and a home made tracker, inshallah
