just info for you brothers
auction grade 4.5 means under 100k millage and 5 grade means under 50 k millage but here most of importers buy car without auction or if through auction than 3 or 3.5 grade and after repair and meter tempering with face auction sheet made it 4.5 grade

Sometimes 4 or 3.5 grade given to those cars which are under 100K due to body damage. Like my car was of 3.5 grade, it had dent on the trunk and bumper was damaged.

damaged 1's come in scrap , i guess and have much lower duty , correct me if i'm wrong!

No. Main accident vehicles comes as scrap. The vehicles are having minor dents / broken bumpers are not considered as scrap.

@ROBM ... any reasons please, cuz sometimes i tend to shift towards the japanese grade, when i hear people talking about the pleasure driving of them... but i know peace of mind is only in the NEW zero meter CAR

u answered it urself. and, altis has wehshi looks. axio looks like cultus. :S

asim bhai no doubt about driving plesure and safty measures in jdm cars far better than pkdm cars but as these cars already 100k driven, sprae parts issues, re-sales value issues so peace of mind is in zero meter pkdm cars , if u are wealthy enough to bear the re-sale issues than jdm perfect choice, i have driven vitz 2006 and its drive better than xli

bhai , ALTIS is worth its tag! and features of AXIO & ALTIS are same except few
if u r going for GLI 1.6 then AXIO is good buy in that price but lower grade!
but u r more tilted towards ALTIS , go for it with closed eyes and trust
me u wont face any issue till 5 years and u'll njoy warranty for 2 years, cheap parts and list goes on!

just now i also talk with him over phone and as per him mobil1 running out of stock so hopefully by tomorrow he will get new stock and price he is telling for mobil 1 fully synthetic 5w/50 with golden cap rs3800/4 liter
lagta hai in coming days u have to source this oil and courier to me

He was of the view, keh bhai jab paisay laga rahay ho, to thoray aur laga key acha wala lay lo. German was 4,500 or 4,800 and American was 5,500.

Now today i am gonna contact my mechanic that which oil he uses in our other cars, as those cars require oil change after 10K Kms.

i dont think that he mechanic would have any idea about these GERMAN AND AMERICAN OILS
in ur other cars he should be using the normal hell/caltex

I am a very soft driver and i easily use shell helix for 10k from the start.. my car is about 140k driven already

i have experince shop keepers stress you for the one for which they get more margins or commissions etc , bhai jan mobil1 is world renowed brand and 10k is good enough millage with one oil filter in such hot and dusty conditions.

Ahmed bhai, mobil1 dabba says 20k (i have read somewhere), and we use it for 10k, means half considering the climate of pakistan. If dabba says 50k then it will be justified to use that for 20k.

I agree with ur view about filters, that can be managed by changing the filter after every 5k?
