wow ahmad bhai, aala fuel average IMO, boht aala. 17KPL with full ac is wonderful as ur car is still new and under 8k kms mark.
as for reserve, well bhai, sometime, buy some extra 4 or 5L petrol in a bottle, keep it with you just for safety sake and keep on driving ur car even after the reserve light. The fuel capacity of corolla's full empty tank is above 59L :o

jab reserve light show hoti hai to there is 12L fuel in ur TANK, fuel lines aur pipes main bhi 3 ya 4L fuel hota hai. when u got ur car refilled, still u had more than 12L fuel remaining. aap aasani se 150kms aur chal saktay thay.

Ohh God! a Litre per $ that's what i use to think of few years back, in Dubai it is 42.5/ Litre.

well this millage with avg speed 100km so tomorrow again travelling to northern area with family for 5 days holidays, this time will keep speed 128km ( i am having experince motorway police dont fine till 129km )than will share the millage with you brothers, on highway corolla 1.3 l is perfect no feelings of under power on super petrol :)loving the wide body and soft suspensions of corolla which gives sence of luxery ride

well petrol realy expencive here but compare ton public transport not much big diffrence
for example if i opted daewo bus than i have to take taxi from my home to bus station than bus ticket, than from pindi terminal to islambad than again taxi to embassey and same process for return , all process cost me for roughly rs4000 where as on my own car its took rs5000 for whole trip plus far less time compare to public transportation

Dear All, I am a silent member of this thread and respond very less to threads and posts usually but this particular one, I could'nt resist my self from taking the pain in logging in and reply with some inputs of my experience with my 1.6 Gli Auto with around 7K on the oddo - bought in Jan 2012.
Was going through a post regarding the fuel averages, my personal experience of this car within the city is 11.5 to 12 Ltr Per Km and on the motorway, the average on the dial showed 15.6 where as after paying off the refueling cost, my calculator reveals it to be 14.5 Kms Per liter. So please keep in view that +- 5% variation is normal for such an instrument as it involves electronic processing of physical signals collected by instruments in the fuel tank. Keeping in mind that the average is derrived through signals captured from mechanical parts afterall. (Pardon, being a control systems engineer I tend to relate to the actual system a bit more in detail)

For the referenced journey, the average speed throughout has been 115-125 with a couple of time escalating to 145 plus un-noticed. The car is so stable and silent that you have to stay vigilant to maintain speed.

being 1.6 auto the fuel avg u getting in lahore city is very good mashallha

yes i agree, car calculator dont show realistic fuel avg thats reason in my recent trip to islo i used old manul way to count fuel avg and its about 16.75 km/l , hope after couple of thousands km fuel avg will improve as if ur auto 1.6 l giving 14.5 avg on highway with avg speed limit 120 than sure mine 1.3l maual 5 speed should give better avg

though mine is 1.3 l corolla but if i compare with my ex ride civic 2004 exi, i love soft suspensions of this car, quite cabine, car realy very stable no doubt just under power feelings within city drive for which i have to mix hi-octain other wise on highway super petrol good enough.

Indeed the soft suspension is a great add on to this ride. The feeling of 1.3 being under powered only emerges when you try and wish to drive a bit aggressively which indeed is not required 95.5% of the times. To share a bit of history with you, i upgraded my Xli purchased in Apr 2009 last year in Aug 2011 with the intention to upgrade the drive and experience of my ride but my i could settle with it and upgraded by Gli to Gli auto which is this one. indeed this car is a great leap ahead in terms of power and of course auto transmission makes it hell smooth. the best thing about this car is the silence in the cable even when you kick down.

1.3l is excellent fuel economy if you believe in hypermiling - the concept on which the new league cars are designed. The choice is with the driver, either to chose fuel economy or power.

one of my friend having very nice home at lowertopa near patryata and it was deciede to to spend a week over there with families after eid day. so last roza after office spent couple of hours on my orca with her makeup kit and here are fully dressed up pics before leaving home for lowertopa
since going to mountains in rainy season so main aim was protection instead of beauty so sealant coat was the last step product

ohh adeel bhai Khuda ka shuker hai app ne ye black haseena sale ker de otherwise muje problem ho jani thee:( app ki hessna jitni bling bling main kahan se lata apni orca main ?
adeel bhai i drive car with very soft foot and i think this is main problem in city driving as in first gear seems big burden on poor car engin with soft paddle hehe so in city driving using mixture of hi-octain but on high way super petrol perfect , mine is 3000km on oddo so hope after couple of thousands km fuel avg will further improve
