nahi dear not like this check again its discription or specification there should be mentiond words like cleans surface, or cleaner wax or micro abrasive polishers etc etc , yes its carnauba but also includes polishing oils which removes minor imperfections like swirls light secratches , "remove" means slowly cut the clear coat of ur car's skin 
regular use of such cleaner waxes not good for car skin as ultimatly they eat clear coat and eleminate skin's clear coat and its shine / reflections , allways use quality products , like turtle, mothers, meguair's now easily avilable here in big cities like lahore , islo, karachi etc
