on the 7 of august Friday i embarked upon this jorney frm my office with a colleague who lives in swat... all was well untill we reached Mardan via motorway.. wahan ihtejaj ho ra tha against loadsheding and transformer replacement issues and police aye hui thee roit control kay liay.. kafi waqt barbaad hua and then we decided to go offtrack on a small village road to bypass mardan. it was a new discovery for us all and after a few traffic jams on this small narrow road we were able to get onto the main mardan swat road without further incident..... 
after magrib we reached Chakdara where my friend dropped me off and i caught the first coaster to timargarah. reached timargarah in abt 45 mins from there and stayed in Hotel Shama just near the main ada... i was alone and this was also sumthing new for me.. never stayed in timargarah either before. the hotel room was Rs.600 per night and room was fairly good.... sari raat load sheeding chalti rahi tu nend nai ai theek say but i had to get up early to rendezvouses with the main group that was coming form Lahore. early morning we met and then nasta and got all supplies like fruits and vegetables (garma, aroo and amb) for our journey ahead to Kumrat........ ham nay aik hiace book karwa le poori for our joureny ahead.....
