Wailaikum Assalam.
Easy. Use 5 pin relay.
Connect the one pin of relay coil with ignition +12v and other with Fan switch.
Connect common pin of relay with +12v and NC pin with Fan.
When relay will charge fan will stay off. And when it de energize fan will start working.
