Dishonesty and inaccurate information by the Seller

I recently bought a car on here and the person who i bought it from it seems like was dishonest and did not list the car with the correct details how do i sue this person or pakwheels

Bhai he didnt force you to buy it. He listed an ad. You went and checked the car.
You should habe checked it thoroughly before paying anything

Bro, if the car was "Sold by Pakwheels" only then you can complain about it to Pakwheels team..otherwise, Pakwheels does not take responsibility of ads being published on their website, it's the buyer's responsbility to check the car thoroughly and get satisfied before buying the car : / ... so nothing can be done now, the best advice is to forget what has happened and fix the problems in your car..
Sadly 95% of the cars are sold with lies and deceits to buyers with meters reversed and faults hidden temporarily ... so buyers should keep this in mind now : /

however, if you would like to explain a little , what happened...what things did you not find as listed in ad or the seller lied to you about ?

A guy in Karachi old sabzi mandi sold me land cruiser with only 2 wheels working due to transfer case issues. Cost me around 100k to fix. I paid him his full money after telling him that he lied. This is how the country and people are and people on Pakwheels should be better and not make fun of such questions instead should be respectful. Senior Pakwheelers should be able to digest such criticism/questions .
Advise for you just be more careful and swallow what happened. Fix the car and move on with life.
