in 6 days we remove all paint other then rear right door which i plan to change ,,,, working 3 hours a day ,,,,,,

Great DIY initiative.

It definitely seems like you know well what you are doing. Although it is difficult but this paint job in an enclosed environment (similar to paint booth) shall be a great plus.

i can compromise on paint finish but cannot leave this project in hands of any workshop guy ,,,,,,,, by the way there paint booth are not dead clean , i have even seen a painter sanding pannels in paint booth,,,,, any how will try best to do every thing in a proper manner ,,,,,

orbital sander or finishing sander ,, very very nice and helpfull tool ,,,,must for body work ,,,,,,,, no need to even use gutka with sanding papers ,,,,,,

ok so today i polish the entire car with 120 gritt sand paper with the help of finishing sander ,,,,,temporary fitted the rear right door as tomorrow i play to go and collect some body parts ,,,,,

done with all cleaning work other then inside doors and door pillars ,,,,, will do that later after finishing body work ,,,,,, will start applying pully/sanding once i get the rear right door ,,,,,,,,, till then collect some parts
