Diy Khyber door panel sound proofing

Removed all the screws one by one...

Just 1 Question Bro

my Alto's Rare Right door lock was very hard, so i opened whole panel just like you showed, BUT Alto's whole knob(which we pull from inside {As shown in pic above}) Comes out. I sprayed WD 40 on all lock mechanism and then reversed steps to close door panel, but now door does not open from inside when i pull this knob.

Door opens from outside & locks are working fine , but i think that knob did not fitted well , Could you please tell me how to put it back on it

@HAShoo the common problem when door opens from outside and nt inside is that one accidently moves the child switch...this happenedd once with me and i thought k yr kharab hogayah ha...so first chech where child lock lever is nt switched...

child lock is a small lever on the door if its moved up the door won't open from inside but from outside....

2ndly it mght b the levers/rods opening the lock...while placing it back u must hav missed to hook the lever in on some socket.....as it all pulley/lach sort of system

but mostly its the chlid lock

Its generic plastic sheet - you can find this almost anywhere that sells plastic - even the bookshops have it, they use it to make plastic covers for books.

You can also buy it in black which is cheaper.

Good Job. I agree with Xulfiqar on the use of WD40. It should be used as a penetrating fluid, not a lubricating fluid. Engine oil is far better than any other type of oil.
