its actually a similar material they use to stick the original windshields in older cars, it remains malleable after years, Its also used to stick the vapor barrier sheet in the doors. Comes in a big roll and is super nasty - if it gets on your clothes the only way to clean them is a box of matches and a drum. Set the clothes on fire.

nope - ask the same shop that sells windshields, it will be a roll but when you pull on it, it will string out and it will be sticky.
