Ary waah...... I have all your work and glad to know that somebody is doing great with Santro... I myself have Santro for more than 6 years and have done a lot of things just like you regarding suspension and Engine building I've changed engine with 860 cc( a great mistake) but now living with it.... Tell me what is the fuel mileage you are getting and i wanted to ask the cost of various things . So reply when you are free

My name is تعوذ..... The biggest problem of engine is fuel mileage... Kindly tell the fuel mileage of your car (purely on petrol).... And the lights of the car is the problem that i am facing... Chrome of the lights is worn out .. i will attach pictures as well.. what do you recommend... Chrome coating or new lights

Recently i installed Arm rest and it adds more comfort in driving

OK bro. I used to drive on petrol in last year when petrol was 75 Rs/ Liter. At that time it used to give max at 14-15 km/ liter on longer routes. After that I have been using it on CNG and it gives good mileage on cng. Around 160 kms in 900Rs of gas. It has got genuine 3 baby cylinders.

Well as far as lights are concerned, they have become dull and choke also worn so better go for lights repair wala who will make them good in around 2000-2500 Rs.
New lights will cost you around 7000 for set

I had imported this player from China. Coated around 8 thousand Rs. I have a nearly similar extra piece of player which I also had imported and can sell you at lower price if you want

Yar my Santro's meter warnings of seat belt and door opening are not working.... Do i have to see the electrician or the guy who deals in meter

you can also inspect ur self.

the seat belts have a wiring grip beneath the seats inspect it. same for the door jambs switches. take out their rubber covers and and open with screw driver. if rusty clean it and reinstall.

Also there is fuse of warning lights of belt & door in fuse box. Also get it inspected. If fuse is OK then check the belt wiring grip beneath the seat as told by Nabeel

A Blast From The Past DIY Myself Cleaned Throttle Body of My Santro at home on 10 May 2020. Alhamdulillah really improved performance since then.

uff.....thats a very bad state. i can bet the car must be performing 200% well after this gunk was cleaned.

Yes, before cleaning throttle body, whenever accelerator was pressed throttle plate used to stick due to excessive carbon on its it and its surroundings in the bore causing higher race.
Alhamdulillah it has smoothened after that and race is very optimum.

Today got my santro's rear shock absorbers replaced with new Original Korean Mando+ Shock Absorbers. Alhamdulillah
