Never mix coolants. Always flush before switching to some other type.

For AGS gear oil, OEM is the only option. There's no aftermarket option for Suzuki Ecstar 75W in Pakistan.
Note it's "75W" only. No number after 75W. Also, the packaging don't mention whether it's GL-4 or GL-5.

Yes that's correct, but it requires modern 75W fully synthetic gear oil which is very thin.
Even if we ignore the grade, we don't know the GL specification of the gear oil. We can't blindly interchange GL-4 with GL-5 and vice versa.

Suzuki ecstar 75w oil is extremely high quality product, and its replacements are equally expensive too.

Costed 12k for a can back in 2020.

Suzuki dealership replaced my cars oil with 90W.

Later after a huge debate and Paksuzukis involvement free of cost oil replaced was done.

If I'm not wrong I have read AGS actuator oil replacement interval some where in the Altos owners manual.

Since I had my cars gear oil replaced without consent I have been there done that.

Long story short

It's either 60,000 or 100,000km in the owners manual.

Check again. Or if you visit suzuki dealer ask for the maintenance manual, they have a 5 inch thick book work shop manual regarding maintenance

Rechecked again. 60k interval is for transmission oil.

This book doesn't mention interval for actuator oil. But the Suzuki workshop manual has its drain interval. Try to get your hands on that.

A quick question. Can we use Mibil-1 Dot4 as actuator fluid for suzuki AGS ? I recently flush my Vezel's actuator fluid with mobil1, can i use same for the suzuki AGS. ?

no - the actuator fluid in suzuki is light hydraulic oil - using brake fluid in it will result in an extremely heavy repair bill.

The fluid is already shown in this very thread.

I have never seen anyone using brake fluid in Suzuki AGS nor do I find any recommendation for alternate fluid like in case of Honda

You did a great job, You can discharge all the oil from the unit using OBDII scanner, all the oil will be discharge from the unit and filled the reservoir almost to its brim than you can follow all the steps.

Yes correct but this requires expensive scanner because it's not possible with basic scanner. Not a useful investment for a DIY person.

I changed the Gear oil on my ALTO AGS yesterday and put in 75W oil, the manual said to add 2.4 Litres but when we extracted all the oil, only 2 litres of the old oil came out,
Have I added too much oil?

There is a level check plug. Open that when pouring the gear oil. You will never overfill this way
