DIY Suzuki AGS Actuator Fluid Change

You need an expensive scan tool or change the fluid twice. I changed again after 3 months.

I would suggest to install a high quality high temperature neodymium magnet in the reservoir too, it will keep abrasive particles trapped on it.

Everything was working fine even after the first change. I changed 2nd time to clear the old fluid as much as possible.

What should be the dimensions/ size of that magent for this small reservoir?

Thanks. This post was very useful. I also changed Cultus ags oil and poured same oil. This oil is being used by Suzuki dealership in all the ags variants of suzuki. AGS oil is sake for the local ags cars. And they are ripping people off by charging 11k for 500 ml of oil. And labour charges are separate for the job. There is a max mark given on the bottle and exactly half litre comes in. I called addinol authorized dealer in karachi and the guy told me that Suzuki dealership are buying same oil from them and giving to customers as Suzuki original AMT oil is not available in Pakistan but company will never disclose to customers that they are using addinol. This is the actual AGS oil and it's being used in many cars for hydraulic parts and shocks too. So people can use this oil in Suzuki Cultus, alto and waganar without any hesitation or fear. I got it for 5500 from the dealer in karachi who are officially selling this oil in Pakistan.
