If wheels are unbalanced, you will find out on highway. Check alignment if there is doubt, i.e. car pulls to one side, etc.
Yes if your gets heavy n inclined on either of the two sides and if you feel a wobble on higher speed. Its not a big issue, get all wheels balanced n check alignment for a smoother straighter drive.
