I know this would be a bump off an old thread, ran into vehicle a week back near kashmir road. This is more of a khusra than a vehicle. The chassis modified, a dumper dala (hydraulic), the grill has been (correctly mentioned earlier) bought from bhaiyoo lawerance road, infact its made from two grills. The engine (i dont know the techincal names) is a toyota 4.2 diesel. The guy claims the transmission is original (but what is original in this case is upto your imagination). The guys claims it to be a dodge, but i have not seen any dodge on any website that looks like this. The chassis is two peice, and is bolted and welded together. The 4x4 doesnt work. I dont even know if it has a 4x4 or not.
As for the guy, he claims to have starred with the same car in a junoon video (pappu yaar tang na kar) and this vehicle has been spotted alot of times in rallies and jalsas of a very famous politically party the head office of which resides in the same area where the vehicle is parked.
