Does GR150 has limiter?

I want to know that does GR150 has limiter because my brothers bike is not exceed the rpm from 9.5K.

Yes it has a limited like literally every ICE ever. You have to understand that an engine cannot keep on revving to infinity. There is a limit to the pistons. Check the manual or ask another owner. 9.5k seems an alright rev limit for a 150cc bike.

I personally am not aware of a 'thump-thump' that could scream past 10k anyway so I see no point in starting a brand new thread about it.

It's hardly a high compression 4-Cylinder screamer with a feather weight flywheel, aluminium forged pistons, titanium valves, ram air intake, huge radiator etc etc...

Duh!

Even KTM 690 Duke; the world's most powerful road-legal single-cylinder motorcycle hits the limiter at 9.5k.

Why we expect superbike like performance from a fuel efficient small displacement commuter motorcycle with a single cylinder engine; I'll never know!
