Sir, i think u should find a house with a garage. that will the best solution in terms of peace of mind & economical factors as well. Otherwise i doubt that u will be spending way more on ur ride, and u will have no piece of mind. it seems like you are too over-possesive about ur car.

I think, the very same type, or milta julta, are available in markets, but one needs to check them.

For this, you will have to make arrangements by welding some steel plates above the battery, and then securing the battery with Locks.

For this, i do not know. Some people install metallic plates with welding. I do not know that whether its done to avoid breakage, or snatching, so can't guide precisely.
