The roads are connecting small villages in the valleys, and it also being a Friday were mostly empty but would have been busier in the evenings

The Evo is there just under the cover, there is no such rule as 6 year old cars are not allowed it was scraped by the President himself two years back.

The hump was there to slow down traffic as second road merges but the hump made in a such way that it does prevent lowered cars from crossing it
