the charade has a h22a in it along with skunk2cams and skunk intakemanifold , its claimed to be the fastest NA Dohc in Punjab,it raced a h22a 2000civic on the day of the dynoopening and beat it by 6plus cars , the h22a 2000civic was dynoed at 147whp.The 100whp figure we are getting was the one that was showing on the computer after unsuccesful runs , the h22's internal coil had a leak and therefore it was going in and out of vtec thus the run wouldnt complete , someone read it off the computer and spread the word , and it wasnt even 100whp , it showed 76whp , after the problems solved and its able to make a complete dyno run it'll show much more than 150whp.

btw the tapet cover has been painted red, its a type-s h22

the dyno is only a two wheel dyno , it can only test/tune fwd or rwd cars , fto and evo being awd , they cant be dynoed

manufacturer claimed hp are from the crank. from dyno we get wheel horse power which is less then bhp. storm has given the links for bhp ....whp

Just remove the shaft going to the rear wheels

@aridsoul i had given the same idea to khuram bhai(owner of fto) but he says thats no use because power is still going to drive shaft from front axel and if we go thro the fuss disconecting the shaft quite alot of power is waisted so its no use. And then we will have to conect the shaft again

Thanks for the explaination for the hp figures.

Yes AWD cars can also be dynoed on 2wd dynos Just like @Iffe said and , Just like @arid said removal of the shaft is the process can be any front or rear, depending on which is easier to uninstall and install back on.
But in cars like GTR simple disengagment of the switch will work.

You need to give me Khurrams number, I really need to put some sense in your older brother. There is no power wasted if a drive shaft is removed. It is just like a 4WD car which has the capability to be 2wd and 4wd by just pulling of a lever or lately pushing of a button. So there is no power lost, and if it is lost it is so minute that it is negligible. I mean even if you were to dyno it again on a 4wd dyno, it would not even register. Unless the conditions are different on that particular day but then again correction factors should bring it back to those of the previous run.

@Spiderman...There wont be no power loss....infact I think if you dyno a 4 wheel drive car by removing a shaft the figures it will give willl be better that its 4 wheel drive results if dynoed at a 4 wheel drive dyno.
