yeap, can imagine when you walk on the street, noise, emission arround you, must be a terrible thing.
while E-rickshaw may be slow and short range comparing with auto-rickshaw,
it produces no noise at all, you don't need to speak aloud with friends, and also can listen other beatiful sounds except the "tuk tuk".
no emission at all, you can breath freely, and smell no gasoline:)
Finally, as long as the motor not sunmerged in the flood, it works well
