Somethings that i have changed in our 2010 Corolla with time
The only problem i have had with this car is change suspension bushes. mine has done about 155,000 since yesterday, Had to change them 3 times (probably using low quality ones)
Once their was a leak in the radiator pipe going to engine (thanks to coolant being Pink/red) the leak was caught on the garage floor.
Coolant was changed at around 80,000 kms.
Till date i have replaced one set of shock absorbers on the rear, 2 on the front (front right leaked at under 50,000kms) replaced with a kabuli pair they didnt last much, Later replaced agriauto ones. and atleast 3 pair of bushes.
I had to replace the steering rack once, because the car went under water and didnt service it, Eventually the steering became very hard.
Spark plugs were replaced at 30k, 80k, 120k, Usual brake servicing, Oil and airfilters at 5000km intervals.
I have had to change atleast 3 steering coils, the horn stops working in this car, i think this is a generic problem to this model.
I have been using 5W40 Caltex in this car.
