I recently got my first LTV driving licence from Rahim Yar khan, i live in lahore due to my job but i have to get it from my home town RYK. So i was short on time, paid 5k to an agent, provided blood test report, went for learner permit, they photographed me, and issues learner permit with in 2 days.
After 40 days, i visited RYK again and went for driving test formality, but the policer offer in-charge of test did not show up so i had to come back, the next test day was in next week but i had to get back to lahore so my agent extended the favor and i got my licence within 1 month without going for test again.
If police offer had showed up on that day, i would have gone for test but my agent had assured me 1 thing that they would not fail me.
So with agent or without agent there are some things that are mandatory.
- Blood Test
- Getting a learner permit
- Photograph for learner at least, same photo can be used for driving licence.
- Appearing at the time of test at least
If you are going without agent.
You can get learner permit easily. But at the time of test most likely you will fail driving test as we don't know all the rules, plus some times they want us to fail so we go to agent and some money is shifted to pockets of people conducting tests.
