I am sorry but I will totally disagree with you here.
Few weeks ago I went to ginoginelles and it was the worst food I ever had plus the most pathetic food experience I ever encountered :).
They served half burnt pizza ( i cant even imagine how bold or shameless they are). The pizza did not have any cheese on it maybe they just bake it in the same room where cheese is stored and do not bother using it. The base of their pizza was like 7 hours old roti.
Then their vegetable rice. They named it incorrectly and should have called it garlic rice. Never had anything like that before.
The only thing which was just ok and eatable was chicken boneless green masala. All I can say is that it was not as horrible as other items.
We were 4 people and we were not able to finish 3 rotis :). Nobody ate pizza and we returned it. Almost all of the rice were left uneaten. Only their chicken was tasted by 4 people which was still half unfinished. And I am not ginoginelles competitor :P.
I heard the same story about their food from another friend.
And btw 3 people had upset stomach the next day :).
I just dont want to write about their customer service but it was pathetic to say the least and in the end they got the bill wrong and did not have CHANGE.:S
I would say "free langar" would be much better than ginoginelles.
