Finnaly, i get relief when on Sunday, i managed time to visit Electrician, told whole story.
He opened wiring & told me previous Electrician has put extra fuse, did new (Black color) Negative wiring but did not put separate wiring(Green wire) for Positive terminal of fuse.
Now he opened & showed positive wire to new fuse was coming from the Main wire of ignition(It was like a "Kunda to KESC line" in original ignition switch wire).
He cut that connection, removed it & instead of it, he put new wire direct from battery positive terminal to same fuse's point(+ve point).
Not disturbed Black Wire(Ground wire) at all
Now according to him, both wiring as well as fuse of Power windows both are now separate & direct wiring from Battery.
Finally he checked & told there is no issue of power window machine or short of wiring. All is OK
I asked why it happened? He told due to aging, wires of Power windows & windings inside Power window motors develop more resistance & so draws more amperes/current.
It was ok since years but now as it has been serviced so might be it is functioning fully so this issue comes.
For precaution he told as it is not original GLI so better not to drive 2 power windows at same time. Press them individually to avoid extra Load....................
