Well, I would suggest that after engine flush and switching to new engine oil grade and brand, you must use a brand new engine oil filter.
Re-use of the oil filter, when engine flush has also been performed, may be strongly avoided. I do not know about the technicalities involved, but to me, it does not seem right.
OK. But I think, Liqui Moly had been better. Still, no problem. You can use it!

If you wanna go for expensive brands, then Valvoline, Amsoil, Kendall, etc. are much better than Liqui Moly, and these all (along with Total Quartz 9000 Future Series 5w-30) are fully synthetic. I think, Liqui Moly 5w-30 offered here in Pakistan is not fully synthetic. Have a look:
