I have been up from like one hour and no electricity.

Father was just talking to someone and I heard that it went at 8AM and its 12:40PM now and still not here.

everyone will need to stop theft of electricity or gas. if u know someone doing it. report him
the ones paying and keeping it halal suffer because of them
10-20% electricity would be added back in the system if the theft is stopped.......

rest is up the government and thr policies.lets see and hp for the best

Thief would be attracted towards stealing your car if you leave your keys in the ignition and display a big note 'I won't repor/ prosecute if you steal my car' Same is with the electricity. How many people any court has sentenced regarding the theft. Kunda culture is mostly a standard in Karachi. Who can check a jargon of 10,000 wires which one is legal? Bring the standards first and this is impossible task with such incompetent and corrupt officers of WAPDA. You can't blame the population.
