Im a smoker, tried e cig for a while but it didnt work out, probably because of the bad quality E-lite i tried?
But some recent research has come out saying these things are much worse than cigarettes? That the atomiser add much worse other carcinogens in the smoke? Is that big tobacco defaming a competing product or is it true?

Tried from friend today.1mg nicotine and veg oil.this thing has settings to mk it mild or harsh.gives thick white smoke

I got this last year via Aliexpress, we bought 4, only mine worked, and it leaked fluid as the O ring in the cartridge was shot. Made it work somehow but then it would occasionally leak fluid when puffed. Used it for some time and then it broke altogether. I know E-lite people are charging alot more, but atleast they offer a 3mo warranty with their product.

It was an Ego-T, came with a proper case, etc.. Same rubbery matte material as in the one's in your provided link.

Guys i want to buy one, but I have little to no knowledge and experience regarding what kinds and types and qualities there are. I know theres the atomiser and cartomiser types, is there one better than these? And which is the best brand and type you can recommend for a smoker to change over from cigs?

Is e cig or vap less harmfull than cig i know cig are harmful due to chemicals inside it burns etc but what happens when these vap from e cig goes to lungs??

I have been smoking cigarettes for a while now and wants to shift to vape mods. Having almost zero knowledge about them, not experienced yet just reading about them. Can you guide me about best hardware.
1. I want to take nicotine for easiness in smoking withdrawal but at the same time wants to have good +bigger smoke cloud.
2. What I learned online is that for smokers Mouth to lungs are recommended and use of nicotine.
