I have seen one in shoba. 4AGE 16v with red colour writing on top and it was 45k. It was quite clean.

with everyone recommending the 16V 4AGE, please keep in mind he needs the RWD version of it. the throttle body is on the opposite side and the exhaust headers, engine mount arms and mounts are completely unique to that engine.

A friend recently swapped a 4A-GE from an AW11 MR2 into a KE70, the intake plenum was cut and put back on facing the other way, the vacuum lines facing the fender side. Headers were fabricated, mounts custom made, so it's all good, Karachi main sub banta hai!!

IMO the best is a hand made intake plenum. Big volume, I would aim for something like a 4 litre plenum volume in a 4AGE.

btw - sab choro, lets put him to a task.

find a toyota 2T or 3TGTE and put in there.

I agree but, you got to make do with what you have here, we sorted out issues with the sensors, ecu, vacuum leaks, etc, the car has become so twitchy, you blip the throttle mid turn and the back end just wants to go loose, and we're running a limited slip diff.

A guy here in KHI (and you might probably know him) has a 2T-G, but he has kept it as an ornament because of it's rarity. There are no other T engines here at all, not for sale at least.

Anytime sir, will definitely show it to you some time in sha Allah once all issues have been resolved! We used the MAP, ignitor and coil from my BT and it seems to work fine as of now, still hunting for the correct parts for it. The car is still running rich, have to take care of the coolant temp sensor, thermo valve, etc now.

The car is an 82 KE70. The motor is a big-port Bluetop with TVIS. We have doubts on the TVIS functioning properly though!

ok, finally decided to go with 4age 16v, any advise how to inspect engine before buying it? i have searched for this engine in pindi but couldn't find one. I'll have to go to peshawar with my noob friend just like me.

the 4AGE should be a twitchy car at mid rpm range - if its not then either the body is too large or the ECU is messed up.

I still hate myself for being a few hours late in buying a corona 1983 1.6 GT with factory rear IRS, LSD, 4Wheel discs, heavy duty front suspension, 4AGE in the front and sports black interior - It was a gem - the bichara person was sick n tired of its creaks n rattles from the worn suspension bushings in the rear.
