at sudden throttle engine knock it is sign of bad ignition timing as suggested by other member the VVTI timing device may need to be adjusted. in DG Khan you can visit the Toyota 3S

Ignition timing and valve time are two different terms. Here in this particular model, timing is controlled by ECM. And knock sensor is responsible for detecting any sharp sounds inside block, so it can adjust timing accordingly. Its located under intake manifold. Whereas bad VVT seriously affect engine performance and efficiency.

Install T-Stat valve. Replace knock sensor. Parts are dirt cheap. I bought complete throttle body including sensors for 1200 PKR. Knock sensor would be under 1000 pkr.

What I reckon is that firstly is there any ECL? If not than better check Knock Sensor these go bad in old rollas. Than move in to VVT sensor.

bad knock sensor.....bad fuel(low ron)....incorrect timing/ preignition due to vvti ..

engine is being used w.o t-stat valve??? that create some serious issue also causing chamber temps to rise abnormally due to deposit over time

Yes I removed tstat valve bcoz it was faulty its rubbers were damaged and engine was lnocking even at normal RPM so got it removed in this summer as i was unable to find an OEM in DGK. Now I have purchased an Oem from japan Autos plaza karachi but I am confused whether to go for it or not. I am also thinking to use chemical flush to clean coolant galleries so that effeciency will increase

Actually I am reluctant in using Citric Acid bcoz its not gentle and I was reading comments on a thread that people blown their head gaskets leaking radiators and in worst case scenrio heater core leaked which requires removing dashboard so kindly suggeste some mild thing like flushing chemicals

citric acid is the mildest flushing chemical you can get (its food grade). If you let go of the cooling system to the point of disaster that its being held together with rust only - then you are already playing russian roulette with 5 holes full.

you guys are missing the point of excessive oil consumption which can cause great spark knock at high rpm specially when VVT kicks in.
