dear i vehicle is mehran 2010 model 55000 km driven engine is ok previously used zic a+ , zia a 10-w40 these are expensive and then shift to havoline formula 10w30 and which is suitable for mehran car and interval ?

Dear brothers. i have cultus euroII,16000Km need to know what is most suitable engine oil for that. Although @hassaniqbal bahi has very kindly recommended me to use ZiC X3 15W-40 API SJ instead of Total Quratz 5000 API SN (currently using)
However, i am unable to understand the following that why Pak Suzuki is recommending to use SGO Ultimate 10W-40 which is API SM (I think). The more i searched the internet for answers, i got little bit confused. i need some straight answers from your guys..

So i have few options here all i want you to recommend me the best one.
1. SGO ultimate 10W-40 API SM
2. SGO Premimum 10W-40 API SG
3. Zic X3 15W-40 API SJ
4. ZIC X7 10W-40 (VHVI TECH) to be used in Japanese, Korean, American cars where API SN/SM/SL/SG is recommended
5.Delo Gold Ultra API CI4/SL
6. CARIENT ULTRA MOTOR OIL - Synthetic Formula (With Ai Formula) API SM SAE 10w-40
7.Shell Helix HX5 10W-40 API SN

Just give me one name or maximum 2 from the list to be the best match for my cultus. thanks

Oil companies promote that api sn and sm can be used where api sg, sh and sj are recommended because they have to make money. This is true in some cases where the cars have modern engines. People consider cultus efi as a modern engine because it is an efi one. This is not the case. It operates on flat tappet engines which withstand api sj max. No newer. Talking about suzuki showrooms. Half of them recommend api sg whereas the other recommend api sm. So u can never trust these idiots. From ur given options, the best is zic 15w40 followed by delo gold ultra 15w40.
