God can you read the following snippet from the workshop manual? the word total is finality if it were 3.6 it would say it. Bila waja ki zidd karay jao, you seem to be not taken seriously by anyone here and now I know why.

The only thing I could do is put in 3.6l of oil in a video and show how it exceeds the dipstick and then pay money to get that extra 300ml out to satisfy someone like you and even then you would come back here and say that the dipstick lies just like the workshop manual of the 2006 lancer lies and your video lies. Not going to bother with that or anything. The final truth for you is the user manual snapshot which might want to make you not ask for any apology from me, enough said!

So guys in the end i want to top up with one and last question.. What oil and how much oil should i pour in my 4g18 GLX Deewan's model. PLEASE help mujhy aj kal mn oil change krwana hay. I can go for Liqiui Moly as well as any oil brand you seniors recommend. I do not have the owner's manual and it's my first car. After so much online research i am only confused. Please help me out.

I have 1.6 GLX Auto SR 2005 model. I use this oil chart of the owner’s manual. Since my driving is less than 10,000km per year I use 5W-40 grade full synthetic engine oil. Was using Shell Helix Ultra 5W-40 since the start but using Liqui Moly Synthoil High Tech since 2018.

Due to recent price hikes I’ll probably switch back to Shell. For 4 litres Shell costs around Rs 4000 and LM Rs 7,000+. The difference is too much now.

i would suggest moving to a 5w30 or caltex 10w30 (cheap but great)

Yes, in spring, autumn and winter. In summers the temperature goes above 40 degrees and as per the oil chart you can't use it for temperatures above 40 degrees. For that viscosity needs to be 40 or 50.

Use genuine air and oil filter or switch to K&N air filter. It'll cost more upfront but be cheaper in the long run. I use the liqui moly dealer in I-8 Markaz or the flagship store on Daraz if there's a discount.
